All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

2.3 Hygiene Considerations

For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened (see Section 5.3). This includes concealers, mascaras, and lip glosses with applicators that contact skin directly.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase products under these Terms. We will send an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship your items.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after order confirmation. If an error is discovered, we will notify you and either cancel the order or request additional payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging with proof of purchase. To initiate a return:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Mascaras
• Lip glosses with wand applicators
• Any opened or used products

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return:

• Credit cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. Follow the return process and clearly indicate your desired replacement in your email. Additional shipping charges may apply.
