Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Ethereal Beauty product you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Concealer (due to direct skin contact applicators)
- Mascara (for eye health safety reasons)
- Lip Gloss (with wand applicators)
- Any opened or used cosmetic products
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our Beauty Concierge Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging and paperwork.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):
- We’ll process your refund to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement product in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs
