Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Concealer (due to direct skin contact applicators)
- Mascara (for eye health safety reasons)
- Lip Gloss (with wand applicators)
- Any opened or used cosmetic products
These exceptions align with standard cosmetics industry practices and help us maintain the highest hygiene standards for all our customers.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our Beauty Concierge Team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request using the template below.
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible, including all paperwork.
- Ship your return to our Colorado Springs facility using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- We’ll process your refund to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the replacement product you desire in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)
Damaged or Defective Items
